Bill Futral brings more than three decades of experience in home building and commercial construction. He holds a degree in Construction Technology from Georgia Southern University and began his career in Atlanta, where he built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality custom homes and mid-sized commercial projects that blend craftsmanship with artistic vision.
In 2003, Bill and his wife relocated from Atlanta to Highlands, North Carolina, a move inspired by years of weekend escapes to the mountains. People often ask what brought them here. For Bill and his family, it was the perfect mix of natural beauty and small-town sophistication.
Whether it was the great food, beautiful hiking trails, or the close-knit community, Highlands had everything they loved. But what truly sealed the decision were the Carolina blue skies and the mountains. Every time they left the city behind, the stress melted away. Eventually, they knew this was the place to live, work, and raise a family. Not long after settling in, they adopted their daughter and built a life in this special mountain town.
Bill holds an Unlimited Building License in the state of North Carolina—the highest level of licensure available. This allows him to construct both residential and commercial properties of any scale. He is also a NC Real Estate Broker.
