In 2003, Bill Futral, his wife Gena, and his newly adopted daughter moved from Atlanta to the Highlands Plateau. They loved the tranquil mountains and the flourishing small town community.
After making Highlands their home, Bill established Futral Enterprises. His decade of construction experience, alongside his inherent meticulousness and appreciation of Highlands’ natural beauty, were all fundamental in building the foundation for Futral Enterprises. We found our niche early: crafting high-quality custom homes that were inspired by and complimented the mountainous surroundings.
Soon, Futral’s customers grew to include local commercial projects. Premium service, absolute craftsmanship, and honesty were the foundational elements of the company, and remain so today.
